The food was delicious. sharon gave great service. I had a really nice lunch. the ambience was charming, charmed i was.
the corridor carpets near the lifts needed cleaning, i saw dust. the rooms were a bit small for the price i paid. the hotel offers a welcome drink on arrival, though i was not offered one upon checking in at 8:30 pm.

my visit was good, and every detail was perfect. the team's attentiveness stood out to me, and they met all my needs. the staff was responsive, and i really enjoyed this hotel. it was such a nice experience.
the cafe was closed at an unusual hour, so i missed my afternoon coffee. it was a slight inconvenience.

supportive staff excellent standards spacious shower
i found the staff supportive at reception. housekeeping maintained excellent standards daily. the hot water was readily available, and i appreciated the well-spaced shower area. a hairdryer was also provided, a useful amenity after showering.
The cafe's ginger tea tasted somewhat flat. It didn't have a strong ginger flavor.
